AMDRAS Student Events (NMAS students welcome to attend these events).

As part of your training, you are required to attend scheduled live events. These sessions form the foundation of your 45 hours of practical experience in each six-week cycle.

What’s Included?

  • Role Plays – Take part as an observer, role player, and mediator. These compulsory sessions are the core of your skill development.
  • Weekly Reflection Sessions – Held every Friday, these sessions give you the opportunity to review, ask questions, and consolidate your learning with mentor guidance.
  • Webinars & Skills Drills – Focused workshops that build your knowledge of the mediation process, pre-mediation, and strengthen your professional skills.

Why Attendance Matters

Every event you attend directly contributes to your required training hours. By participating fully, you will:

  • Stay on track to meet course requirements
  • Gain practical confidence
  • Connect with mentors and peers in the Mediation Institute community
