In this session, designed for both AMDRAS and NMAS students, we will conduct a comprehensive review of the facilitative mediation process. The session includes a guided walkthrough of a role-play demonstration, using the official assessment observation tool to help students identify key stages, skills, and techniques required for successful mediation. This practical, hands-on approach supports deeper understanding and preparation for assessment by linking theory directly to practice.
