This live session is designed to help students prepare for their AMDRAS Certificate of Assessment (COA), the final practical assessment required under the Australian Mediation and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS).
The session is particularly suited to those who have commenced or are nearing completionof the AMDRAS Certificate of Training (COT) course. If you are looking ahead to your assessment and want a clear understanding of what to expect, how to prepare, and how the assessment process works, this preparation session is for you.
You will gain an overview of the COA assessment structure, including the role-play format, timing, expectations, and assessor criteria. We will walk through common challenges, how to demonstrate your competency in the video mediation context, and how to make the most of your training in a real-time scenario.
This is not an assessment itself, but a pre-assessment support session. It is designed to build your confidence and ensure you are ready to book and complete the assessment when the time comes.
Whether you have completed your COT or are still in progress, you are welcome to attend and ask questions. Attending this session will help you approach your AMDRAS assessment with clarity and confidence.
