Natalie is the Legal Practitioner Director at Justice Law & Mediation, with offices based in both Hervey Bay and Brisbane Queensland. Natalie is a Nationally Accredited FDRP and NMAS Mediator and Principal Lawyer.

Natalie has a legal background, working as a principal lawyer practising predominantly in family law, domestic and family violence, criminal law, child protection and civil law. Prior to Nat’s legal career, she worked in the New South Wales Police Force for ten years. Predominantly working as a Detective Senior Constable, in the major crime squads.

Natalie is passionate about justice and working with families to achieve the best outcomes for the children, without expensive litigation costs.
