Natalie is the Director at Effective Dispute Resolution (EDR). Natalie is a Nationally Accredited FDRP and NMAS Mediator.

Nat has a legal background, working as a lawyer practising predominantly in family law, domestic and family violence, criminal law, and civil law. Prior to Nat’s legal career, she worked in the New South Wales Police Force for ten years. Predominantly working as a Detective Senior Constable, in the major crime squads.

Natalie is passionate about justice.
